Brahmi (also called Neer Brahmi) can indeed be grown on its own or in wetlands.

Brahmi Buti Plant:

“Buti” refers to a plant or herb in Hindi and, therefore, Brahmi Buti is a reference to the Brahmi plant. It is widely used to treat ailments for Indian and Ayurvedic treatment.
